#MAKEWHATSNEXT in Denmark

Denmark joined the big wave of global Girlz in Tech project on 28th April. A detailed workshop enriched the knowledge of the girls in the IoT, programming and the robot technology fields. However, this wasn’t the only event in Denmark in favor of women’s inclusion in science, technology and ultimately, digitalization. With Codher non-profit’s invaluable collaboration, Microsoft conducted one workshop in which the university girls had a large presence learned programming at all different levels.

Microsoft and Codher want to inspire girls and women to pursue careers in the ICT-industry and want to make women fall in love with programming and dismantle the perception that tech is not for women.

Girls in ICT Day 2016
3-hour workshop with 40 high school participants from an Academy of Talented Youth. Participants will work with IoT, robot technology, and programming. In partnership with NGO Coding Pirates and the Academy for Talented Youth.
